No Secrets was created to provide support for those in St Helens who self-injure, as well as for those people who have a friend or relative who self-injures.

Two support groups run in the town centre.

Self-injury Support Group - Millennium Drop-in Lounge, Bickerstaffe Street, St Helens - every other Wednesday between 6-8pm.

Carer's Support Group - Carer's Centre, St Helens, the last Wednesday of every month from 6-8pm

Our Mission:

· To provide a safe and supportive environment for anybody affected by self-injury

· To raise awareness of self-injury

· To tackle stigma associated with self-injury
