No Secrets was created to provide support for those in St Helens who struggle with self-injury and those who may have experienced this in the past and want to help others..

Two support groups
were set up in St Helens Town centre—a support group for those who self-injure, and a support group for carers and relatives.

Due to the lack of demand for the carers group, this has now sadly come to an end.

We do however still run the self-injury support group, which is held every Wednesday between 6-8pm in the Millennium Drop-in Lounge, on Bickerstaffe Street.

Our Mission:

· To provide a safe and supportive environment for anybody affected by self-injury

· To raise awareness of self-injury

· To tackle stigma associated with self-injury

If it seems a little daunting joining a new group, one of our members would be more than happy to meet with you between 5-6pm on a Wednesday to have a chat and help you to settle in. Please contact us if this is what you wish to do.
